We thank the university for its interest in developing a partnership with Coventry University Kazakhstan. One of our university's key priorities is providing high-quality British education to talented students in Kazakhstan, as well as creating opportunities for them to obtain an internationally recognized education in their own country without having to go abroad. We are open to sharing experience and best international practices with Kazakhstani universities in order to jointly improve the quality of education. We are pleased to begin our collaboration with the International Educational Corporation and are confident that this partnership will bring significant results in the long term," Miras Daulenov, President of Coventry University Kazakhstan, emphasized at the signing ceremony.
He also noted that Coventry University Kazakhstan demonstrates strong performance in both national and international rankings and has been awarded Gold status by the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) - the highest rating for teaching quality granted by the UK Government. This status confirms the university's high academic standards and student-centred approach.
In turn, Assylbek Issakhov, President of the Kazakh-American University (KAU), highlighting the strong achievements of Coventry University Kazakhstan students and the overall success of the Astana campus, confirmed the great potential and importance of long-term cooperation, including in the field of applying for education and research grants, organizing joint programs, and delivering undergraduate and graduate education, including the Executive MBA programmes, offered by both Coventry University in Astana and KAU.
"I believe this will be an excellent collaboration and one that aligns with the expectations of our ministry. Students who graduate from our university with a bachelor's degree will be able to enroll in your programs, and the same will apply to your students. We also plan to launch a wide range of master's programmes, and they will be accessible. There will also be additional opportunities for your students from our partner universities. We want to work together to bring our ambitious ideas to life," concluded Assylbek Issakhov.
