Student Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Specialist / Education Sales Manager to join our team during a period of active growth. In this key role, you will promote our educational programs, support prospective students throughout the entire admissions process, and contribute to the implementation of the student recruitment strategy in Astana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Main responsibility — process inquiries in the Bitrix CRM system to promote Coventry University Kazakhstan’s academic programs among prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from the first inquiry to enrollment.
  • Provide consultations to applicants regarding application procedures, admission requirements, and program benefits.
  • Represent the university at education fairs, open days, school visits, and online events.
  • Organize open days, school visits, and online engagement events.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a high-quality admissions experience.
  • Monitor data and trends to improve efficiency and achieve recruitment targets.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of applicant engagement and admissions processes.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales.
  • Experience in student recruitment or educational sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large volumes of information.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Experience working with the Bitrix CRM system.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of Kazakh and Russian languages will be an advantage.

By participating in administrative duties and outreach activities, they will foster a stimulating and supportive learning environment. To be able to teach one or more of the following courses: International Business Management, Business Administration, Advertising and Digital Marketing, or Business and Marketing. The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer will ensure that the university’s academic courses uphold the highest standards of excellence and align with the institution’s mission, values, and strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant academic discipline from a UK university.
  • A doctoral PhD degree from a UK university.
  • At least three years demonstrable experience in teaching at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level in a relevant subject area in the UK.
