Основные обязанности:

• Первостепенная задача - обработка обращений в CRM системе Bitrix для продвижение академических программ Coventry University Kazakhstan среди потенциальных студентов, родителей и заинтересованных сторон.
• Полное сопровождение процесса набора — от первого обращения до зачисления.
• Консультирование абитуриентов по вопросам подачи документов, требований к поступлению и преимуществ программ.
• Представление университета на выставках, днях открытых дверей, школьных визитах и онлайн-мероприятиях.
• Организация дней открытых дверей, школьных визитов и онлайн-мероприятий.
• Взаимодействие с академическими и административными подразделениями для обеспечения высокого качества приема.
• Мониторинг данных и трендов для повышения эффективности и достижения целей по набору.
• Участие в улучшении процессов по работе с абитуриентами.
• Обеспечение высокого уровня клиентского сервиса.

• At least three years demonstrable experience in teaching at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level in a relevant subject area in the UK.
• Ability to deliver engaging and effective lectures, seminars, and tutorials. Proficiency in developing and using innovative teaching methods and materials.
• Strong research skills, including the ability to design and conduct original research, analyse data, and publish findings.
