Coventry University Kazakhstan Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Kazakhstani Swiss-American College
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Coventry University Kazakhstan and “Kazakhstani Swiss American” Limited Liability Partnership (Kazakhstani Swiss-American College) was signed in Astana on 1 April 2026. The document was signed by Mr. Miras Daulenov, President of Coventry University Kazakhstan, and Mr. Dosym Abdikulov, General Director of the Kazakhstani Swiss-American College.
The purpose of this Memorandum is to establish and develop cooperation in the field of education between the two institutions. Under the agreement, the diploma of technical and professional education awarded by the Kazakhstani Swiss-American College will be recognised as an entry criterion to Coventry University Kazakhstan’s undergraduate programmes. Representatives of Coventry University Kazakhstan will also provide career guidance to the College’s students.
This partnership creates a clear and seamless pathway for graduates of the Kazakhstani Swiss-American College to continue their studies at a British-standard university in Kazakhstan. Coventry University Kazakhstan operates in full accordance with the same academic standards and research approaches as Coventry University in the United Kingdom.
“This Memorandum of Understanding with the Kazakhstani Swiss-American College is an important step in building strong educational pathways for Kazakhstani youth. By recognising the College’s qualifications, we are helping talented students gain access to internationally recognised British education without leaving Kazakhstan, thereby strengthening the country’s human capital and supporting its technological and innovative development,” said Miras Daulenov, President of Coventry University Kazakhstan, during the signing ceremony.
